better |
for about a week now, i've been much more stabile. less suicidal
thoughts and impulses, fewer urges to injure myself. i even got
through thanksgiving ok. this is the time of year when i'm
usually crashed, and i wasn't doing well a week ago. i think
this last cymbalta increase did the trick. my only problem now
is the cold i just came down with. i'll take it.

Isn't Cymbalta wonderful? I like it.

Isn't Cymbalta wonderful? I like it.
it didn't really start working until i got up to 90 mg, on top
of wellbutrin and remeron. i'll go up to my upper target of 120
mg next week. so far, no side-effects, and something i'm doing
or taking has improved my sleep.

I might be going up to 90mg tomorrow depending on what me and my doctor
decide. Right now I'm on 60mg. I took one this morning after a few days
of not having any to take. I was near suicidal yesterday. Now I'm
feeling better for the most part. Still really depressed, but I'm not
crying hystarically or locking myself in the bathroom with a knife.

i'm glad it helped. that was fast!
i would be saying at 90mg, but my insurance company will only
pay for 60 capsules a month, and with a $40 co-pay i don't want
to buy both 30mg and 60mg capsules. who knows, maybe 120mg will
be even better for me.
