Better day today |
I followed the doc's orders and rested up today, took my meds as instructed.
It's too soon for the boost in the Wellbutrin to take effect. But I think
the klonny helped. I resolved to do absolutely nothing today, and that's
pretty much what I did.
Well, I did sneak in some online Christmas shopping (all done!) and did a
load of laundry. But mostly I rotated from the chair in my office to the
bed.
And not one crying jag all day :-)
