I wanted to apologize for my recent outburst yesterday, everything had been
buidling up for so long and I had no real way to vent or release it. I'm
doing better, but still need to get things out in the open, which I'll do in
therapy. I also have a lot of positive things happening in my life (along
with the negative).
I also started taking 800 mg Tegretol instead of 1000, which seemed to help
with some of the depression. I'll mention this to my doctor whenever I see
her. Hope everyone else is doing ok.

its okay, outbursts are allowed here, having feelings is okay,
expressing feelings is okay,! rant away!! you got to get it out,
keeping everything inside causes depression! smile it increases your

was (D.'s recent post) there is absolutely no need to apologize.
