It includes some other sources of fact and help, but if you are bipolar,
you'll need a psychiatrist. The route to one is via your GP (unless
you're rich).
I'm not sure that many GPs will prescribe lithium (which works well for
me) and they almost certainly won't prescribe any of the alternatives,
unless you're very lucky in you GP.
