Object: Bit dissapointed with Zyban/Wellutrin
Well it's almost a month now. I'm getting a fantastic AD effect. Never
felt more clear headed. Weight loss, big bonus. I'm starting to look
sexy again not a beer bellied man. My smoking has cut down, but I
haven't stopped. Is it just time to pull out the willpower?

Yes, IMO.

I admire anyone tremendously who can stop. Good luck and yes, unleash
the willpower.
Happy thoughts going your way.

what worked for me was about a month of nicotine patches. some willpower
too, but not as much as i thought i'd need. i think it's a good time to quit
when your mood is good and your self-image is positive. congrats on the
improvement, it sounds really good.

Quite ironically, men do tug on their testes as a form of stress
relief. I saw this type of behavior in my grandfather when he was
placed in a stressful situation.

There is something to be said about the nicotine drug when applied to
membrane bound acetylcholine receptors.

You can do the same that I did. I googled it and there was a lot of
information that I read. Rather than fill up this page, you can let
your fingers to the typing - plus there are other areas of research
that you can go to by clicking on key words. I don't think that I
need to spoon feed the information to you
