If you had demons tell you all the time that you are a piece of *****
and you deserve to die because of all the damage you do in the world,
and everywhere you turned you were reminded of it, what would you do?

so sorry you're going through this. the demons lie, you know.
or at least they point out things that are no worse than
everyone else does, which does not make you worthy of dying.
i wish i could switch with you, even for just a day, to give
you a break. the only voice in my head is my own, and it
listens when i tell it to go away.
i guess what might help is to look at yourself the way you'd
look at the behavior of one of your kids. see that you aren't
in the least bit evil, though not perfect. just a normally
flawed, basically good human being, whose being unreasonably
victimised. it's hard to do, to look at yourself like that,
but it can be done.
