BMI |
I just calculated my BMI at
http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/calc-bmi.htm
At 5'7", 190 lbs, my BMI was 29.8, at the very upper end of the overweight
range (25.0-29.9). 30.0 and above is obese.
At 5'7", 185 lbs, my BMI today is 29, still very overweight but getting
away from the borderline to obesity.
- overweight son of the yellow river, feeling better (and lighter)

Except 2 liters of water is 4.409368 lbs. So a good *****, an empty
stomach and slight dehydration is your 5 lbs.
Keep dreaming.
