i have about 30 new books here waiting for me to read them, but what
am i reading instead? jurassic park for the umpteen millionth time.
ah well. i adore dinosaurs. i want to be a palentologist when grow up.

and it seemed to me like a great idea. I need to update it.
cool! i've got my mom keeping one, too.
this is my third year keeping one and it's interesting to look back
and see how much my tastes have changed.

By the way, have you read Eragon and Eldest? They're kind of dragon
books, so I thought that you might possibly like them. I just
finished reading the second one to my son. I actually didn't like the
first one much at all... too much like a kid writing down his D&D
adventure... but I have to admit that the second one was pretty good.

i've never seen the movie of sphere. i did like that book, too. i've
pretty much liked all of his books. oh. except the beowulf one. um,
eaters of the dead, i think? hated that one violently.
