Case Histories , kate atkinson, I can't concentrate , my mind
refuses to focus, random dark thoughts skittering around ,
nightmares last night. Monsters with human faces, creepy stuff. I
am going to ask my doc if it could be my meds, I can't take this. I
am afraid to sleep. The images are awfull . JILL

I'm sorry you had a bad night Jill. It could be meds, or the stress of
recent events. Monsters with human faces is rather revealing with all the
talk in here about the shooting. Probably a good idea to discuss it with
your doctor though. Last night I dreamed I was helping the Queen pack
family heirlooms in cardboard boxes outside on the lawn in front of the
palace under giant weeping willow trees. Go figure?

Hey you, hi, Did you see Helen Mirrren in The Queen
recently ,
Mine just keep getting darker. Last night a woman was peeing on a
little girl. I mean literally peeing on her, it was horrible. I
said if you don't stop that I am going to have to tell someone. Gwad
that was awful. if I have a good dream I will post it too.

Yuck, that sounds pretty awful. I hope your doc can either help with
meds or you can get some help to deal whatever is behind the thoughts.

Thanks kylie , you too. DOC say's its not a meds issue and I need
to pay attention to whats going on in my personal life,
