You have seen the large number of books on depression on the
market(Feeling Good",for example).Who wants to read about it all the
time?But,try Robert Burton's "The Anatomy of Melancholy".Great work.not
a self book

I liked The Consolation of Philosophy and How Proust Change Your Life.
If I really want to wallow in it I'll read Camus or Kierkegaard.

Recently read "A Man's Search for Meaning" by Viktor E. Frankl. I need
to read it again. It's one of those books that you'll never get
everything out of it in just one read. Has given me some interesting
things to think about.
