me, I'm shy too, so I understand how it feels. I found it difficult
when I first came here but now I think, "what the hell?". Face to face
or telephone conversations would be different, though.
How have you been these past couple of days? Has there been any
improvement in your mood?

Spoke to my union rep so I know were I stand with work stuff this week.
Get to do sports medicine (first aid) at a big sports event this week.
This should be social as well (with the other sports medics at least).
So I am looking foward to it.
