Botox |
Hi just checking in. I'm counting the days till I go see my doctor for a
Botox injection. This is to help to relax and treat muscle spasticity. I
found out doctor uses to help patients with als. I look forward to it. My
arm is stiff as steel and in pain. Sorry for posting. I'm still struggling
with depression. I'm crushed my suicide attempt didn't work. It's a fight,
but need hang in with all might. Just hope the rope doesn't break. Take
care.

No need to apologise for posting, thats what this group is for, for you to
vent or post your fears. I am glad for your sake that your suicide attempt
failed, suicide is not an option, finding other ways to live and cope is.
Can I ask though what is als? And Heather, we all struggle, so you are
welcome here to struggle along with the rest of us.

That sounds like a promising treatment; I do hope it helps. All those
tests on film-stars weren't wasted after all ;))

I'm glad to see you still posting. Silence can be so disturbing. Please
keep posting :))

It is good to see you posting.
Retraining muscles takes work and I imagine fighting these side
effects is quite a hardship.
I hope Botox removes a bit of the distraction of spasticity.
Keep working with it.
No worries about posting.
Post when you wish.
