Object: Boycott Toyota's Racist Apartheid Policy
No longer is it O.K. or acceptable for Toyota and its dealerships,
franchises and owners to force people of color and minority employees to
sign binding arbitration which strips away their civil rights, their
rights to a fair trial in an open court of law and deny them fairness and
social justice.
The current method of binding arbitration is nothing short of racist
apartheid policies in a form of a scheme quickly swept under and into the
darkness of secret and private arbitration process where bias and
partiality is purchased by the Toyota dealerships and its franchises and
deny the minority employee justice and equality.
Puente Hills Toyota, its owners Fritz Hitchcock, Gregg Moss and vice
president David Hall have all gone as far as fabricating lies, committing
fraud, and perjury in arbitration hearings where they can get away with it
because the arbitrator is paid for by the dealership and is bias and will
routinely rule in favor of the dealership, who pays for the arbitration
cost.
