Sounds yummy. Enjoy! I'm on a high protein and veggie regimen right
now....I've completely gotten rid of eating sugar since November and I
feel sooo much better. Chicken and broccoli for dinner.

Man that sounds good! I've been eating omlettes lately with all that

i bet NOT eating sugar is extremely difficult. =A0:/

It was very hard at first, but it's a bit easier now. Although today
I've been craving it. If I don't have it for a while it gets easier
whereas if I give in and have a little, the next day is very hard to
resist having more. I really am a sugar addict, it's better for me to
have none at all. I'm not even drinking diet pop or eating a lot of
sugar free sweets....I just don't want to have the taste/craving for
sweets at all if I can help it. I have given in a few times
though....I had french toast the other night, yikes! But back on the
next day.

good luck with it!

Thanks! I feel so much better eating better.

I'm doing it for both reasons. I've heard of sugar busters before,
but I don't know anything about it. What I'm doing is sort of my own
personal adaption of the Atkins diet. It works really well for me,
the problem is always keeping those healthier eating habits and making
them permanent, therefore it's always hard keeipng the weight off once
I lost it. It's like losing weight is a goal, it's a destination,
it's attainable and measurable, but maintaining that for life is so
overwhelming for me. It's a journey that never ends. I can't think
about it like that, for the rest of my life deal. It's too hard and
just frustrates me, so I have to just break it up and say ok, I'm
going to eat like this until (blank) and go from there.
Also working out is helping me a lot. It feels really good to
reactivate those muscles I haven't used for a long time, and it feels
good to accomplish something that's difficult for me. But, no matter
how long I've kept it up, every time I go to work out it's still
always hard. I usually think to myself, "I don't really want to
exercise. I don't feel like it." But I'm always glad afterwards, and
I feel proud of myself for pushing myself to do something that's good
for me.
Wow, well *that* turned into a long reply eh? ;-)

This is exactly how I feel about working out, and I've been exercising
for a long time. There is nothing quite like that feeling of walking
*out* of the gym. :)

Distilled water doesn't taste of anything. All it contains is water.
We've been drinking it for the past 20 years. It's a heckuva lot better than

Distilled water doesn't taste of anything. All it contains is water.

Distilled doesn't have a taste, which is what's wrong with it - we
evolved with water with minerals in it.

We've been drinking it for the past 20 years. It's a heckuva lot better than
drinking Montreal tap water! Now THAT tastes vile.

Sugar is hidden in so many different types of food, or sugar found
naturally in foods. Even in some vegetables.
