No brownies or cake here today. The three guys pried themselves
away from their computers just long enough to give me a gift of
a mini rose bush. Daniel made lunch for himself and his brother
and didn't offer to make me anything. Now I'm guilting them into
folding a load of laundry, since I didn't want to fold three
today.

Dan wished me a happy Mother's Day when I went down to the
basement and said good morning, and Joe said the same when I
briefly interrupted his computer game. The they went back to
their computers. Mid-afternoon, they gave me a plant, then
went back to their games. It was weird.
