the relocation for a job, so I hired a realtor, gave her my price range,
told her what I was looking for and that she only had a week. I flew to
Florida from Minnesota, spent one day looking at places, in one day I had to
pick!!! Three weeks later I arrive with a semi and all my stuff. Here it
is a year later and we've had more crime in my development then I ever
anticipated.
I live in a town home association, the town home next to me the guy was
shot, drug deal gone bad, he was killed. The investigators tied up the
parking area for about 13 hours. After they left the family drug the guys
mattress out side, and lettme tell you, I had nightmares seeing that bloody
mattress for months. I hadn't lived here a week and the lady next door, her
ex-husband goes nuts and comes over with a base ball bat and starts smashing
her windows out.
Two weekends ago there as a gang of 16 teens walking around vandalizing *****
while I watched, they didn't even give a crap that I was there. I just
found out last week, that the only detective in Palm Beach that was ever
murdered was murdered here in our development. Now driving through here
you'd never guess it. It's very beautiful, green, quiet, clean. Then the
nights come and it's a whole new story.
I'm afraid to leave at night!

I feel exactly the same way as you do Thor, I moved here quickly because

the relocation for a job, so I hired a realtor, gave her my price range,
told her what I was looking for and that she only had a week. I flew to
Florida from Minnesota, spent one day looking at places, in one day I
had to
pick!!! Three weeks later I arrive with a semi and all my stuff. Here
it
is a year later and we've had more crime in my development then I ever
anticipated.
I live in a town home association, the town home next to me the guy was
shot, drug deal gone bad, he was killed. The investigators tied up the
parking area for about 13 hours. After they left the family drug the
guys
mattress out side, and lettme tell you, I had nightmares seeing that
bloody
mattress for months. I hadn't lived here a week and the lady next door,
her
ex-husband goes nuts and comes over with a base ball bat and starts
smashing
her windows out.
Two weekends ago there as a gang of 16 teens walking around vandalizing

while I watched, they didn't even give a crap that I was there. I just
found out last week, that the only detective in Palm Beach that was ever
murdered was murdered here in our development. Now driving through here
you'd never guess it. It's very beautiful, green, quiet, clean. Then
the
nights come and it's a whole new story.

It's sort of a private neighborhood.
Ummmm there are a group of town homes in a development, let say this one is
called the ASD development that is incorporated, so ASD, Inc. and everyone
has their townhome, and the only way to move in here is through, application
to check, credit, various other things including criminal history. Once
accepted then you can buy a town home.
Well this particular association, just seems to somehow get past the
criminal history investigation ooooor ppl are good at hiding it.
