BYE BYE DOWNTOWN TRASH BINS |
now they're getting rid of all the garbage bins ,
in the alleys in the lower east side of Vancouver , they say to clean it up
,
make it look not so messy , i say to get rid of the hiding spots ,
so cops can look up the lane ways from a car and see what's going on ,
without having to do walk throughs

i'm wondering the reasoning behind this??? I would think that since
there won't be any more trash bins there, people will continue to
litter...
Yeah making it easier for cops to look up the alleys without getting
out of their patrol cars would be nice.
