Can you describe the Energies involved in sleeping, in going to sleep
and that you feel when you wake up from sleep?

I first wanted to ask, 'Do you know anything about the Energies
involved in sleeping?'
That's a very silly question, of course, considering the fact, that
you probably sleep every day.
'
So you basically know all about it, but you do not look at
(meaning you do not rationally examine, describe,
and you do not - rationally - talk about)
the Energies* that are involved in sleeping.
So maybe you can change that? And start talking about those Energies?

AUDIO, SENSATIONS, also ILLUSIONS
(Dreams) are ENERGIES, andMEMORIES
ARE ENERGIES.
A typical piece of Energy, in this context, would of course be
one containing and maybe even enforcing the thought
"I better go to bed, now."
Or another typical piece of Energy would be one, that blocks
your being aware of what you desire to do, or that stops your
connection to feeling what you desire to do,
"so that you better go to sleep, now."
Energies may be of a Harmful nature, when containing Drugged
Euphoria, Ugliness, Unconsciousness (Black-out), or Pain-Hate.
