I just got a kitten from the woman on the other side of the apartments.
It's an orange tabby. I'll take a picture of him tonight.

I don't know yet. She called him baby, but I don't like that name. I
have to see what kind of name he wants.

I just named him Ravi. Now, let's see if my allergies let me keep him.
Runny nose and dry throat right now, and as long as my breathing stays
good we'll keep him.

If he's a medium-haired or long-haired kitten, you'll have a better
chance with him. Sounds like your allergies in this wise are connected
to cat dander. Short-haired cats have their skin dander closer to the
surface of the coat; those with longer hair are farther from the coat
surface, so they usually trigger less severe allergic reactions. I have
two friends with dander allergies; they both have long-haired cats, and
they're not so bothered by their allergies with those cats.

It's got pretty short hair, but out of the five I had to choose only one
had medium hair, and it was a girl, and I'm not going to pay to get it
spayed.

You're going to get sprayed instead.

The opinions given above may be mine. They might also
just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?

You're going to need to neuter your boy or he'll start spraying
urine all over your apartment when he comes of age.

I know. It's just $15 to get him neutered.
