Chili with a _little_ bit of chocolate in it, along with a pinch of cinnamon
and a few other spices, has been a Cincinnati tradition for decades...and when
Hard Times Café had a Houston location back around the turn of the century, it
was perfect when combined with their Texas Red beef. (Unfortunately, the
closest one to anywhere in Texas is now in Raleigh.)

I've never understood putting chocolate
sauce on chicken, either, but it's been
on every menu in any Mexican restaurant
I've been in. I tasted it once and --
