Depressed about being overweight |
I'm on a special (low-carb) diet that just doesn't seem to be working.
That got me depressed enough to start using certain drugs again, and
now the cycle has come full circle. Anybody with suggestions to get
me out of this rut?

a low-carb diet isn't for anyone. everyone has individual
chemistry. i tried going low-carb. i lost a little weight, then
stabilized still too overweight. and i felt terrible. i gave it
up and went to a low fat, fairly low protein, hi-carb diet and
felt much better and lost 75 lbs.

Move that body. You have to run...or walk a lot. Get a Walkman and some
disco tapes and turn the volume up and walk to the beat. I have found that
this also helps with depression.
