this is with ground pork, peas, garlic, ginger, a sort of black
bean sauce and lots of chili oil. i've been craving it for about
a year and couldn't eat it on my maoi diet.

because it tastes good. it's the best dish with tofu i've eaten.
i guess it's lower in fat, too.
