I love your names. I think Elegy might be a band, so a good nym but
would be a great real-life name too. Where does Rhiannon come from?

I don't know if it's her forename, but:
"Rhiannon (f) Welsh: name borne in Celtic mythology by a minor deity
associated with the moon, and in the "Mabinogi" by a daughter Hyfeidd
the Old; it is probably derived from the old Celtic title "rigantona"
'great queen'; it was not used as a given name before the twentieth
century.

The opinions given above may be mine. They might also
just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?

That's her. I'm Scottish, Manx, British on my mother's side and have been
obsessed by Celtic mythology since forever. I have read a couple other
variations of her story in which people claim she was mystical and could
change into animal form, usually that of a white rabbit. That, however, is
not one of the more popular beliefs, and I was never able to determine where
that part of the story originated or why. Mom's side of the family was
pushing for it to be my birth name, but my father who was Polish, and
believed everyone should be named after a saint, won the great name battle
by squashing the opponent. Actually, I think it just went something like,
"She's my baby. ***** off." As Cindy mentioned she is the same Rhiannon
that Fleetwood Mac sings about. Thanks for asking Bacon. :)

Rhiannon is a georgeous name :) Somehow reminds me of that Scottish-esque
swordswoman 'Eowyn' in the LotR: The Two Towers and
Return of the King, played by Miranda Otto, from the land of Rohan in the
movies. Actually, Rhiannon is an even cooler name!
