not on hotmail. I can click it and call it spam but it just goes into a
spam file which you have to click on to delete

Are you using Windows Live Hotmail? If you are you can block addys and
domains. Click options and under "Junk E-mail" click "safe and blocked
senders", then click "blocked senders" and from there you can block
whoever you like.

I don't have safe and blocked under my junk email? It's either Junk or
report as phishing scam?
