Hi everyone,
I'm new here, I am a 26 year old male from the uk who suffers from anxiety,
depression and social anxiety. I was wondering if any of you guys would
like to communicate offline so we can support each other and talk about our
problems. I've browsing some of these newsgroups and think they are great,
but it would be great to have some email penfriends.
If any of you would like to do this you can email me at

Your problems seem very similar to mine. I am extremely obsessed about a
negative event that happened to me 11 years ago. I was teased by former
friends. This image that comes to my mind makes it difficult to socialize
and get my words out sometimes. I have gotten very depressed over it too.
