i've been walking once or twice a day and i feel much better. i probably do
3 to 5 miles. it seems to lift the fog of depression and other issues.
we have some acreage, so i can walk without being on the dangerous country
roads.

I've noticed that when I consistently ride my bike to work I feel better.
It's been about a 10 mile commute for the last couple of jobs.

I do a lot of walking too. I usually walk for about an hour and a half.
These days, it's about ALL I can manage to do, the depression is so bad.
But I have to agree with you - a bit of exercise seems to lift the cloud
if only a little bit.
