I've noticed that when I consistently ride my bike to work I feel
better. It's been about a 10 mile commute for the last couple of jobs.
I do a lot of walking too. I usually walk for about an hour and a half.
These days, it's about ALL I can manage to do, the depression is so bad.
But I have to agree with you - a bit of exercise seems to lift the cloud
if only a little bit.
