I sat down on the couch and listened to music shortly after 9 pm. Of
course, I couldn't stay awake.
I slept for almost 6 hours before I woke up. Now it's 3 am and I'm going
to bed.
I think what I need is more sleep, more exercise, less stress, less
food, and a healthier diet. I should learn from my millipedes. :)
