I wish I had more energy. Today I'll only do a couple of more things before
going to bed - I'll do the laundry, and I'll bake some muffins.
I ate too much for lunch. Now I'm not hungry at all. Also, my blood glucose
level is a bit high, so I'll just have a protein bar for "dinner." I
shouldn't have had any white rice for lunch.
