exhausted all the time? |
Hey folks, I'm new to this site. I've been reading but this is my first
post. I have noticed several msg about being tired or just not able to
get going. I can totally ralate to this cause the depression of bipolar
just does that to ya. I was wondering...have any of you tried provigil?
I haven't , but have read up on it and it sounds to me like something
that might be of some use to those of us with more depression than
mania. I don't mind the mania, actually like it,keeps me going. But the
tiredness of depression just makes me even more depressed cause I can't
get anything done. Just wondering....Rene'

I don't know... I almost always have very low energy... I think
the key though is to be more calm, relaxed and low key... that seems to
free up more energy... the problem with caffeine is that it makes me
more anxious, and it makes my OCD worse... I used to think that having
energy and being calm and relaxed were opposites... now I think, they
go together better then anything- at least for me...
