expanding my comfort zone |
When I'm in my comfort zone,I can be fairly outgoing,and and it's not
too hard for me to be somewhat relaxed and friendly.It's much harder
for me to do so when I'm outside of my comfort zone.I just have to
work more on expanding my comfort zone,doing things that are at first
uncomfortable.I also notice I have the same pattern when I'm doing
something unfamilar.At first I'm very tense and nervous and think I'll
never get through it,then gradually I loosten up and get more
comfortable,gradually a sense of low keyness and memory comes back to
me...maybe one of the things to work on is speeding up this process...

Alvin, I think it's a great thing to be able to step outside yourself
and see your life analytically. I wish I were better at this...

I envy you. I have lots of troubles communicating with people outside my
"comfort zone".

Thanks Bobbie...It's something I try to do...I have a better chance of
changing old patterns if I can understand what the pattern is,which is
not always easy to do...
.
