Eyes Wide Shut |
Its amazing how the Less you do the more tired you are, and sleeping
doesn't help, not that I've been sleeping, just drifting, to asleep to
move, but awake enough to still think, my mind wonders but nothing is
remembered, haven't done anything today, only the hour or so it took
to do the get up routine, that was a few moments ago and now its
almost time to sleep once more, lost in time again, this entire year
is slipping by me, not doing as well as I had hoped, back sliding,, my
head ache returns, a sickness of the head rather than the mind,
another fresh start in the morning, only hope this is a hiccup
generated by the lack of sleeping pills.

You sound so much like me right now! I can walk out of a room and
stand
in the hall looking stupid sometimes 45 times a day! I'm taking
vitamin D1
for that right now, but it's just an experiment. I figure, what the
heck, parts
are starting to drop off me anyway, so I may as well take a shot. As
soon
as my finances are in order $1.27, I'm planning on recreating: The
Philade-
lphia Experiment in The Bermuda Triangle; maybe then I'll retrieve my
lost
time as well. Do you own a dog? It sounds like a tension headache. A
hot
soak relieves that for me but I can't vouch for migraines. I need to
discipline
myself to get back into my art work. I feel much better when my mind
is
occupied all the time... Do you get enough exercise? Just trying to
help.
