Here are tips for sharing your choices and emotions on video:
1. If there's another person involved in the case, try to get
their side of the story on
a video audio clip, too.
2. Do not re-enact or act a situation; simply retell it on video as
you feel about it.
3. Keep each clip length under 10 minutes, and use adequate
lighting.

4. And don't post your personal issues in video format to a
suspicious website with no posted privacy policy, where they can *****
out your problems for their own benefit.

That's a fair point. A privacy policy has been added to this Beta site.
But the intent of the site is to be a public forum, for people to
publish their hard choices and their dilemmas. If a person wants to
keep their personal dilemmas private (which many would), they can focus
on just responding to others.
A lot of people are alone, and my feeling is that words alone can't
convey what someone is going thru; if someone has a circle where they
can confide privately, that's fine, but this site is meant as an online
option for the rest of us who don't.

And what's to prevent the site operators from selling the videos to
some trash network (read: Fox) for some new "reality" program called
"America's Most Depressed Videos"?
Besides, we already have a public forum. It's called
alt.support.depression. There's a huge difference between posting in
a newsgroup and putting your face and voice on a video and submitting
it to a third party who, despite whatever their privacy policy may
say, could do anything they wished with the submitted material.
I understand what your stated intent is for the site. I just think
anyone who would submit their personal problems in video format to a
site like that is far beyond crazy.
