There are two major events coming up sooooo I have decided to just pick one,
as going to both is just out of the question,
I am just praying for a good day, I do have days when I feel almost
coherent, at least able to fake it enough to get along, Please god! let me have
a good day, it could also be a complete disaster, but so what! if it is, I
lack perspective about these things,
Something Nina said earlier stayed with me, When you look for validation from
other people it is never enough.
Feeling a little better last couple of days but the lows are getting worse, I
need to take some action,

Elergy you are so brave, I would have been terrified, You hear stories about
people who have one" bad dog experience" and are just scared of dogs forever
more, its sad really.
Roseana, thanks for the thumbs up, I am okay today, t I do think its
sometimes hard to embrace feeling better because your mind goes to the
inevitable downturn, alas,,, maybe things will even out some, good luck with
everything thats going on with you, I have faith in you!
