sorry. hope things look up soon.
I had a sleep (with Nelly cuddled up next to me). I almost always wake
up feeling better, and today's no exception. Nelly is currently sitting
between me and the keyboard, burping.

These days it doesn't work. It helps when I'm reasonably up, but not the
way it used to when I'm down. And I wasn't much of anything, just fed
up.
