Medication can help, as well as therapy. A good therapist can help you
to learn better coping skills with whatever you're dealing with. It
also helps to write about your problems. Am sorry you're having such a
rough time.

Nah you see, there's a whole bunch of us here who've had enough. Now what
would happen if we all up sticks and did something stupid like end it all.
They'd be no dysfunctional people around to provide a good photo opportunity
for the politicians when they want to pluck at the nations heart. We've got
to survive if only to provide the government with material with which they
can point at and say ''look at that poor *****, he has whatever, What we
need is to do something to help those less well off than ourselves'' and we
provide that fodder, that photo opportuinity, We're the tail that wags the
god.

Politicians care about dysfunctional people? Which country are you
talking about? Depressos aren't impressive to be photographed with,
unless it's in intensive care after a failed suicide attempt, and who'd
want to associated with them?
Politicians are not my favourite people, even as exploitative parasites
go.
