Feeling better at home, but not at work |
All my cleaning efforts (vacuuming, washing bedsheets, washing moldy shower
curtain, cleaning kitchen) are paying off: the air is cleaner, and I breathe
more easily at home.
My work area is still like a sea of cubicles in a smoke chamber. While the
air has become cleaner outdoors, the smoke, ash, and soot seems to be
trapped inside the building. Perhaps it is because they haven't cleaned all
the HVAC ducts. Perhaps they have not vacuumed the entire area thoroughly.
Anyway, I still need a protective mask to be able to breathe the air inside
my cubicle chamber. I'm thinking about taking my air cleaner to work too.
It is impossible to be in a good mood when one is not feeling well
physically.

That's a good idea. You should have started with that!
(I know what your problem is, I've got an air purifier/deioniser myself.)

It's possible, but it's hard. As the old adagio goes, 'Smile, tomorrow can be worse'.
(Giving up hating other people /might/ have a positive effect on your mood.)
