Feeling cold multiplies my depression A LOT. I'm sure that's not
unusual, eh? And even more if it's raining.
Sometimes I try to tell myself I'm being like an old lady, and I'm not
one! But then I come back again....

That's an interesting concept. Rain and rough weather works for
me though.
I live in a climate that is kinda hot (Australia), I used to
feel sick in > 25C, lost weight and then didn't really
notice - unless humidity - that stuffs with me a bit.

I love cold, frosty mornings and clear, still, star-filled nights. And
rain makes me feel better.

Sometimes I feel like a hundred gazillion years old. Strangely enough
I'm not.

No, if being cold makes you feel worse, try to avoid being
too cold. (Wear a hat, and gloves) Is the heat adequate
in your residence?
I used to get really really morose sometimes, and then
I realized it was when I was carrying a lot of heavy stuff,
often in inadequate bags. The difference in mood in the
laden state and the unburdened one was quite remarkable.
It took a while for the reason to be clear, I thought it
was not liking a certain workplace etc.

I'm just the opposite - summer and the heat it brings wears me out and
as far as rain and gray weather goes...well we don't get much of that so
I usually enjoy that too. It's been snowing all day and night and I'm
absolutely thrilled about it. (...but I've got a snow blower and don't
have to go drive in it...)
