feeling dog crappily... |
day 3 or 4 and still having terrible cramps...geez what's up with THAT? i
had to leave church this morning because they got so uncomfortable. i've
been under the heating pad ever since.
also have a sore throat and feel a cold coming on. ugh, ugh, ugh.
on the upside, those dog pics elegy posted were rather amusing and did make
me smile.

sorry about the cramps. ugh.
zinc? i take at least double the rda and usually avoid getting
fully sick when i feel a cold starting.
and yes, i agree, the photos were too cute.

i'm glad you enjoyed the pictures :D
i hope you feel better soon. ibuprofin and the heating pad usually
helps me.
