feeling fat again |
this morning i feel really fat. i have to stop eating too much.
it's really difficult to lose weight. when i feel bored and/or stressed,
which i do most of the time, i eat too much snacks.
- son of the yellow river, a loser but not a loser of weight

I would suggest trying something healthier for your snacks - fruit, for example; if you're like me, however, nervousness or stress will make you feel like snacking on sweet things like chocolate or biscuits.
I suggest you try chewing gum. Chewing it might keep you from actually eating other things.

i try drinking diet soda or tea instead of snacking. at least that fills my
stomach with something, with no calories.
