feeling impulsive |
I am not doing too well, the voices are really penetrating and urging me.
Maybe I will take my medication. I am off schedule a little. I don't want to
end up back in the hospital again.
I emailed an old client and friend, maybe I can do some work for him.

That might not be the worst idea in the world. Remember the advice
you've given others many times, it's good advice. Follow the
prescription, somebody got paid a shitload of money to write it for
you, presumably he knew what he was doing.
