Feeling low only sometimes |
I have been feeling some real lows, then feel better again, normal for
awhile, then I wait and it gets low. I guess It may get worse. We had the
Imiprimine increased starting tonight, back to 150. It's not quite
comfortable yet, but it will get there. Things have improved a lot the past
few days, but I keep needing to stay up more later again, then catch up on
sleep. I didn't do much of anything today, although we got some cleaning
done. The voices started back up again this afternoon and have been
bothering me some now. It feels draining sometimes. I guess it will improve,
it always helps to post. Will write more soon.

made to David, I'm still trying to understand some of the interactions
here, but all I want to say is if I didn't have my meds I would be
dead by now, I'm sure of it. I also feel maybe I have been posting
like some raving lunatic, but it's all that I have found of any type
of miniscule relief. Again, I'm not judging anyone, just still
learing and trying to understand the dynamics here ;-)

Very good suggestion...unfortunately been there done that. Spent over
30,000 dollars in therapy from the years of 1999-2000 (he was not
covered on our insurance) and we delved into everything I thought was
possible to delve into. It was after an attempt at suicide and I was
SOOO determined to do WHATEVER it took, no matter what it cost, no
matter what kind of work I had to do, no matter how painful, no matter
what I discovered, no matter WHAT! I threw every fiber of my being
into therapy at that point (though I had had plenty of therapy before)
and was so honest and held nothing back. I feel like I failed to be
at the place I am now, that none of that did a damned thing, that it
was a waste of time. To be where I'm feeling now feels like a slap in
my face for all I have tried, and all for nothing, all to be back at
this place yet AGAIN, only this time the worst that it's ever been.
Thanks for the suggestion though. Gee, now don't I sound grateful???
LOL, sorry, all this just came flying out onto the keyboard, I just
don't understand, I cannot BELIEVE after EVERYTHING, here I fucking
(pardon my language) am AGAIN.

calming then more of the others that produce the jumpiness, or
anxiety, you might try looking it up on google, or at www.cymbalta.com.
It also is a predecessor of effexor, and has a dual acting mechenism
(norephineprine, and serotonin), helps with things such as diabetes
and chronic pain, has fewer side effects, and so forth. Other meds may
be of more benifiet too. I also take Immipramine, Trileptal and
risperdol.
