Object: feeling off, meds?
feeling really shakey and off, not the anxiety attack type either. Just
can't wake up, feel extremely off and off center, don't know how else to
explain it. Recently, 4th day of upping my dose of lamictal to 100 mg per
day. I have poor balance, wasn't in the cards to be in ballet, but have
noticed it being worse the last few weeks. I read from nom de plumes (sp?)
page on meds, that off balance can be a side effect of lamictal, so don't
know if it's my usual off balance stuff, but has been worse than usual. Now
this morning which is actually afternoon waking up and feeling really
strange and off. Don't know if it could be the med or not. Seems odd
though because other than the off balance, if it is really is worsened by
the med has been the only noticable irritating side effect so far. Again
not sure if that is med related or not.
have 1:00 appointment, need to shower and not moving well. ick. Don't
follow up with pdoc till the end of month though.
it will pass too.

YMMV, but I got up to 400mg fairly quickly, with no side-effects. It's
just gone up to 450, again with no side-effects (except, possibly, two
days of extreme drowsiness). I just wish I was persuaded it was
stabilising my mood. I may need the lithium again.

The opinions given above may be mine. They might also
just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?

Maybe you could increase it a lower rate, I've heard the same thing
about mood-stabalizers, it should go away with some time.
