Feeling ok this morning |
Not too anxious, depressed, or hypomanic. It seems like my brain has
adjusted to the lower dose of xanax now. I don't feel as anxious as when I
first lowered the dose.
The environment is as stressful and depressing as ever, but I seem to be
able to cope with it.
