Object: feeling really depressed today
i feel very sad and hopeless today. haven't felt this depressed since before
i started taking various ssri antidepressants that my pdoc prescribed
(zoloft, celexa, lexapro). maybe i need to resume taking lexapro. st john's
wort obviously isn't as effective. i don't want the lexapro side effects,
but it may be better to put up with the side effects than to suffer from
depression.

On the plus side, it sounds like you are at the point of learning
which medications produce beneficial effects. I hope you can benefit
more from this knowledge.
