feeling rotten |
and i don't know why. sleeping too much today. lots of suicidal
thoughts. constant low-level desire for self-injury. i'm safe
enough, but sometimes wishing i wasn't. i'll shut up now.

has me anxious. at first, he didn't think that this was
anxiety-related, but i changed his mind about that.
