felt desperate yesterday |
I was so depressed the whole day at work yesterday. Although I forced
myself to do my job as always, it was without any enthusiasm whatsoever. I
was struggling to keep bad thoughts off my mind, but I was still in a mood
of hopelessness and despair.
I almost called my pdoc to ask to see him earlier than scheduled.
