This is an experiential therapy (not proven by conventional research).
However, it has helped a lot of people. An alternate look at depression and
it's causes.
Discovered by a neuroscientist who herself suffered from mental illness.
Read her amazing story of recovery here:

I've heard of this therapy before on other forums. Don't know much about
it.
There are only a couple of downloadable files on that site and I scanned
them with Norton and McAfee. There are no viruses. The two downloadable
files are "rich text format" files. According to Microsoft, rich text
format files cannot contain viruses. I also examined the html code for
webpage itself (www.gocure.com). Nothing malicious. Abviously, the virus
comment is bullcocky.

% has repeatedly said he won't even go to posted URL's. He's terrified of
the net. So his comment is complete ***** - he didn't even look.

Our subconscious minds have no sense of humor, play no jokes and cannot
tell the difference between reality and an imagined thought or image. What
we continually think about eventually will manifest in our lives.

Yea, right. I checked the entire site. No viruses. Naturally, you
can't provide anyting like . . . . . . proof.
I did find the site interesting, especially the neuroscientist's story
of recovery.
