i thoroughly enjoyed the movie. i was prepared for it to just be stupid
humor, but it actually had a plot! and the acting was pretty dang good all
the way around!
tara, you'll love this. my favorite part (and this is going to sound sick)
was when they were showing the korean couple doing that iron something or
another stunt, and her head fell off. i bent over double i was laughing so
hard. tears were streaming down my face and i could hardly catch my breath.
i don't know why that part struck me as so funny, but it did. must be my
sick sense of humor. :D
it was awesome!!!

Girlfriend, we got the same kind of sickness then. I had a remarkably similar
reaction.
I thought the bit where Will Ferrell falls through the ice was sweet, especially
when the hairbrush floats up to the top ... and then what feels like five
minutes later he surges out onto the ice.
That movie reamed just about every film cliche they could come up with, and it
wasn't even a blatant ripoff like the Airplane movies.
So what did you think about that peacock move in Jon Heder's opening sequence?
(Or should that be "opening sequins"?)

i still don't know why it was so funny to me...totally unexpected, i guess.
i still giggle when i think about it. and at the end, i was SO scared that
Chazz Michael Michael's (<g>) head was going to fall off during that stunt.
:D

i'm sorry, but wil ferrell ROCKED in the whole movie! he was awesome. i
didn't use to be much of a wil ferrell fan, but ever since elf, i've changed
my tune a bit.

surely you don't mean it!
yes, and please don't call me shirley.
alert the hospital!
the hospital?!!! what is it?!!!
it's a place where they take sick people, but that's not important right
now.
(i massively <heart> leslie neilson and Airplane as well...as i've said
before, i'm easily entertained).

omg, those feathers on his butt were hysterical. and the hand motions he
did with the peacock were very "creative."
the whole movie was great from start to finish. it even had a "feel good"
quality to it instead of just being strictly humor. i loved it!
