finding motivation |
recently, i am having depression (or negative symptoms of schizophrenia) hit
hard.
i wonder how i can find motivation. do you think of your kids? i have
none. do you think of your wife? i have none.
up till age 22, i can write a huge list of what i did. i am impressed with
the fact that i was keeping busy. we need to a return to my old
personality.

I think, for me at least, that it's not possible to go back to the old
personality; the experience will always colour things.

The opinions given above may be mine. They might also
just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?

I wonder often about how to get back sharper senses.... depression
and other illnesses seem to dull the senses so much... music, books,
movies, eating etc... they can be enjoyable even with dulled senses,
but when the senses are sharper, they can be enjoyed so much more...
