First day back at work ... |
Went well.
My life is totally different from this time last year. No longer own
the
house I did, own different houses now. The place I worked at is
totally
different too as it changed so much I hardly recognised it, so
catching
up on what is going on, re-arranging my new office with my old
funiture and stuff.
It all feels strange and untrue.
I've got a doctor appointment tommorow, as they want to know
if I'm coming or going. Slightly different job description may be the
outcome.

It'll improve as you get used to it, sometimes you may feel a similar way
though, its' just a thought. Maybe medication might help.

I'm thinking that too, in a yes and no type of way. If I go back
downhill,
might have to seriously consider meds.

Suggest not being as convicting, and go on the right program right away.
anti-anxiety meds usually tend to agrivate the issue. Therapy might be
useful too if there is such a think in your area, if things are difficult to
reason through.
